When making friends on the social networks, rather than making hundreds of friends that you don't interact with or personally know… make sure you are connecting with a core group of people and have meaningful relationships with them.

The better you know people, the more opportunities you will have in life and in business.

It's so easy to have thousands of friends on Facebook and the social networks but not actually know anyone.

and… if this is the case, you need to make friends with 5+ people, speak to them on the phone and build up a working friendship with them.

You don't have to prospect them for your business… just make friends, help them out, work with them on the social networks and gradually grow a core group of friends.
