What you say to yourself on a daily basis is what you will become… If you feed your mind with negative self talk, you will become very negative, but if you feed yourself with a positive and success mindset, you will become successful. Affirmations are proven to change the way you think.

Yes they may feel weird when you are first saying them, but after a few short days, you'll be saying them with conviction and like you really mean it.

I can do it replaces I can't do it
I am successful replaces I'll never be successful
I am a winner replaces I am a failiure
I am a money magnet replaces I don't have any money

I am powerful
I am positive
I am motivated
I love live
I am the best me I can possibly be

Say these out loud to yourself on a daily basis. Really believe them, and say them with conviction.

You can do this, you are a winner and you will achieve what you want in life.
