I want to talk to you about how to set up your system, generate leads, sell ebooks, and build your business.

Create a Network of Mini Hubs (Phase 1 – Expose)

Initially, you create a network of mini hubs and then link them all together to create an interconnected web of content and websites. The type of hubs you need are:

Blog – This will host your written content, talking about you as a person, your experiences, ideas, thoughts, diary and tutorials.

Youtube Channel – This is where your videos will be. You can then pull your videos from youtube into your blog and you will also benefit from people finding your video's through youtube's own traffic.

Facebook Profile - You can meet other network marketers, make friends with them, learn from them, share your content, share your thoughts and ideas and generally network with other like minded individuals.

Squidoo Lense – Squidoo lenses rank very high in the search engines for specific keywords, so by building a network of Squidoo's, you will start to generate leads through search engine traffic.

Hubpages – Hubpages is similar to Squidoo and it ranks highly in the search engines.

Myspace Page – Set up a Myspace account, or several Myspace accounts and use automated software to make friends, post comments, bulletins etc. You can also add your youtube videos to your Myspace account to create an even more compelling profile.

Twitter – You can follow other people and others can follow you to see what you are doing in your various marketing activities. Interact with others and make new friends. Twitter is a great place to build a list of people who are interested in your content.

Once you have your web of content in place, you can start driving traffic from one site to the next. People love to surf the web and go from one piece of content to another. Knowing this, your ultimate aim or goal should be to either capture the visitors name and email address or to add them as a friend to one of your social networking profiles such as Youtube, Myspace, Twitter or Facebook.

(Check out how I do this on this blog. I've got my capture box under my blog posts, and my social network profiles down the right hand side of the page)

If you are able to do this, you'll be able to keep in touch and in contact with that person for a long time to come and you will be able to expose that person to every new piece of content you produce.

This is a great way to build relationships with other network marketers and MLM'ers.

Sell Low Cost Front End Informational Products (Phase 2 – Involve)

Once you've got people coming into your network of content and you can direct that traffic to different sites and build relationships with them, you can syndicate the content across your network, and can start to sell information products to those visitors.

Most network marketers are starving for information. They want to know how to build their business, how to make money online, how to become effective on the phone, how to set up Internet Marketing, how to start their attraction marketing campaign and lots more. If you are able to provide a solution to those people in the form of information products and tuition then you'll make a lot of money whilst you're building up your relationship with them.

I've talked a lot about the Funded Proposal System in a few of my other posts, so if you're unsure as to exactly how it works, go and read the above article.

If you've managed to capture the visitors name and email address in an autoresponder then you can send automatic follow up emails to them to build your relationship up with them further and help educate them.

Each time you send out an email, produce a new piece of content, a new video, make a new Twitter post etc, you remind your visitors and prospects about you. Your aim is to help them become aware of you, and keep reminding them who you are and what you do. People like to be able to trust someone and know they can rely upon you, and if they see that you are constantly putting out content and videos etc to help others then they will know they can depend on you.

Encourage User Interaction

You should always make sure you have comments turned on on all your social networking profiles and encourage user interaction as much as possible. The more activity you can produce with comments and feedback, the more popular you will become.

When you see video's and blogs with lots of comments, it looks much better than ones with zero comments and people are much more likely to comment on a video or blog post with lots of comments.

In order to encourage this, you'll need to make friends with other network marketers and comment on other peoples blogs and videos before they will comment on yours. This is just the way of the world and you usually need to take the first step. Once you've commented on someone elses video, they'll usually come back to your profile and will post a comment.

Sign The Person Up Into Your Primary Business (Phase 3 – Upgrade)

If you're involved in network marketing then you need to be recruiting people into your business. If you've done the first two steps correctly, you should have an automatic flow of leads and prospects coming into your business and be actively building relationships with those people.

After a while, you'll find people start coming to you to ask what business and company you are involved with. They'll be so impressed with the system you've set up that they'll want to learn all about it and will need help in setting up their own attraction marketing system.

Do not force or manipulate people into joining you network marketing group, it will only backfire on you in the future. Just allow them to come to you, and to ask you about your business. If you explain that if they join you, you'll be able to help them achieve their goals and dreams and live the life they want to live, then they will most likely sign up into your business.

Just make sure you can actually help them. Don't tell lies to them. If you can't help them personally because you are new in the business also, then promote your upline and talk about the trainings, support and help you get from your fantastic upline.

*** Comment —->>>> Hit the comment button below this post, and write me a nice comment so I know you read this post and find it valuable. It will only take 1 minute to post your comment – If you have a website also, leave a link to it at the bottom and I will pop over and comment on your content also.***

Why did I call this post, twittertastic laundry list for network marketers? Well, I wanted to get your attention so I could expose you to this fantastic list of twitter resources I either use now or have used in the past to build my attraction marketing and network marketing profile and personal brand.

I've been using social network marketing for a while and have a pretty good system in place. I'm slowly increasing my friends and visibility on each of the networks. It's taken me a pretty long time to bring all these resources to you, so please feel free to share this post with your groupies as it's got some fantastic resources in.

If you really dig deep and start to learn how to use twitter to build your network marketing business and keep in touch with your downline, you will start to find ways you'd never thought of.

I found this one a couple of days ago when one of my friends started using it. Before then I'd been using http://tinyurl.com There is a service called twitpwr – which makes your long url's short so you can squeeze them into your tweets.

If you're using Twitter and 'microblogging' for your network marketing activities and to build up your brand, you can use twirl to update your Twitter status from your desktop. You can also update your pownce and jaiku services with the click of one button. You can also cross post images to twitpic, where you can share your images.

If you've ever wanted to check to see if the people you are following on twitter are following you back, you can do so by visiting twitterkarma.

I've found a few services which do this next little trick, but this one is the BEST in my opinion. If you are a social networking network marketer and attraction marketer and have accounts between 10-30 of the social networks, then ping.fm is the service for you. You can update your status, send mini blog posts to wordpress, upload videos and photo's and a whole lot more to all the top social networking sites, including facebook, wordpress, Myspace, Tumblr, Blogger, LiveJournal and the list just goes on and on.

But Why Would I want To Do That?

Ok, initially you set up your social networking accounts, and microblogging accounts and make friends on the various networks. The more activity these 'friends' see from you, the more of a rapport you have with them. If you upload a photo, a video, make a twitter style update, post a blog post or similar, they may come over to your profile, click on the link to your website, or get in contact with you.

Social network marketing is all about making friends and putting your message out there to the masses. The more places you can be seen, the bigger and more influence your personal brand has.

Twitter Tutorials – I wrote and recorded videos a while back with different aspects of network marketing on Twitter.

Another great little tool is SocialOomph, if you want to schedule your tweets and updates to twitter. You can also auto-follow people who follow you and search the twitter-sphere for conversations to do with your industry!

Whilst on my twitter learning travels, I found a great little post about a service where you can rate twitter conversations. Again, might be pointless, but you also may find a golden nugget of information which you can use to your advantage. http://www.earnblogger.com/dwigger-digg-like-conversation-tool-for-twitter-tweets/

If you're not sure who to follow on twitter, simple enter your username in whoshouldifollow and you'll be presented with people in your industry to follow. (As long as you're already following other people in your industry).

Twerpscan will check the number of followers of everyone on your contact list, the number of people they are following, and the ratio between those. If the person is following more than (n) people (can be customised), and has a followers-to-following ratio higher than 1:(m) (can be customised), you'll be notified by a link.

Monetize your twitter page by using twittad, in my opinion twitter should remain non commercial. Use it to build up your visibility and personal brand rather than trying to make money from your followers. This is just WRONG in my opinion, but I'm sure it has it's uses.

This post talks about TwitterKeys and how you can use little icons in your twitter posts to spice them up.

Tweetmeme – Watches what is going on within twitter and picks up anyone posting links to content. It then tracks how many other mentions of the same content are made (and how influential they are.) and presents them in a simple format.

And because the content that is posted on twitter is of a very wide content it also broadly categorizes it, these are broken down into blogs / video / images / audio.

MyTweeple – These tools are designed to help you make informed decisions when it comes to following people on Twitter.

TweetBar – Tweetbar puts your tweets into email, websites and forum signatures

Tweeterized – Provide dynamic Twitter signature images that you can use on forums, websites, myspace profiles and more. The dynamic images display your profile image, last update as well as how long ago you did the update. We also have various backgrounds to choos

TwitterFriends – Find out the hidden network of Twitter contacts that are really relevant for you.

TheMattinator – Multiple account twitter tweeting. Matt makes it easy to post to multiple Twitter accounts without having to log into each one every time.

Here are a few more links to twitter related services. I'm getting a little bored of this post now, so I'm not going to describe the last few services. You'll just have to click on the link to find out more…. he he he…

http://hashtags.org/
http://twitterfeed.com/
http://tweetgift.com/

Oh yeah, and before I go…. if you know of any other twitter tools which are useful to either myself or my readers, drop a comment at the bottom of this post.

You can also FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER, my user id is http://twitter.com/gavinmountford- Have fun, mess around, test out strategies, and keep an eye on this blog for more ideas.

If you haven't already ventured out into the world of video marketing, then you need to get out of your comfort zone and just do it! You're missing out on a HUGE, MASSIVE traffic source!

Yes, like anything, it's a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, you can DOMINATE any network marketing related market and keyword.

Have you seen videos of people in your network marketing company on youtube?
Do you wonder how they managed to do it?
Can you build a relationship with those people easily?
Do you feel like you know the person after a few mins of watching their video?
Doesn't video seem like a better way to get your message across?

How Do I Start?

Go take a look at the Traffic Geyser website and watch the videos they have on there. These are real videos with real people making money with videos.

Myself and many other network marketers have been using Traffic Geyser with devastating effect to dominate certain keywords which in turn bring floods of visitors to our videos, blogs and squeeze pages.

Video is the latest marketing trend. It's better to learn about video marketing now than in 2 years time when thousands of your competition are already using video.

The Process – How I Do It

Do my keyword research using NicheBot, or WordTracker

Record a video on my webcam or camcorder

Transfer the video to my computer and add my website link to the video

Login to Traffic Geyser and upload my video

My video is then submitted to about 35 different video sites

I use Web2Submitter to social bookmark my videos (Download your free Authority Black Book before you can get to the software)

Watch the leads and traffic come to me!

How It Works

Video ranks much higher in Google and the other search engines than articles, blog posts, adverts etc and you can rank much higher for a video with a certain keyword term than you could for an article with the same keyword term.

Next time you're searching on Google for something, take note of the top 10 websites which appear for the term you searched for. There are usually 2+ videos in the top 10.

What's even better is that when you submit your video to Traffic Geyser, it then distributes the video to about 35 different websites which can all rank in Google for that search term. By combining articles, blog posts, classifieds, and videos, you CAN actually take up many of the TOP 10 spots in Google for the keyword term.

This is easy to do if there is not much competition related to that keyword term but it's harder to do if the keyword is competitive.

Sounds Great But How Do I Learn All This?

If you are serious about marketing your network marketing business online, then I strongly recommend you signup for Traffic Geyser and start learning about video marketing.

Inside Traffic Geyser, you'll get:

Fast Start Training Program which will teach you about Video Marketing etc

I've been thinking about this topic for a few weeks now as I've taken it for granted for so long…

About 6 years ago, I did an online touch typing course to improve my typing skills. Before this, they weren't very good at all and it took me ages to even find the keys on the keyboard.

Emails and blog posts took me forever to write, I didn't look forward to them and I just wished I had learned to type better at school.

I remember one of my teachers at school used to say… (in a funny accent)…

"I can type 72 words in a minute"

And as naughty children we used to mock and mimic her. (Not very nice I know), but looking at that now, she was pretty fast!

Why is Touch Typing is So Important and Does it Really Matter?

Think about this… you've got 2-3 hours to get through your business work during an evening.

90% of your time will be….

Replying to emails

Replying to people on Facebook & Facebook messages

Writing blog posts

Typing in URL's

Writing notes on your computer

Creating information products

Writing letters

Writing and replying to blog comments

So doesn't it make sense to drastically improve your typing skills?

If it takes you a LONG time to type, then you've just wasted a big portion of your day hunting and pecking for your keys and because 90% of what you do online is typing, then you honestly NEED to improve your skills.

I just did a speed typing test here http://www.typeonline.co.uk/typingspeed.php and my speed is 65 words per minute.

About 6 years ago, I spent a few months using an online speed typing program. Everyday I did my exercises, I adopted the correct hand position, I hunted and pecked, I gradually got faster, I started looking at the screen and not at the keyboard, and I started integrating my new skills into my emails, messages, letters and blog post writings.

Fast forward a few years and I can now type 65 words per minute. (Not quite as fast as my funny teacher, but pretty quick all the same)

I'm SO HAPPY I learned this skill because I can get SO MUCH more done than people who really struggle to type and master this foundation level skill.

This may be an area you hadn't ever thought about improving. But, it's very important.

Most likely, you spend time improving your marketing knowledge and business skills but may neglect your typing skills, which is a fundamental part of your online activity.

So… Make it a 28 day goal to learn to type faster and spend 15 mins per day going through the exercises. You'll get better in no time.

Here are my action steps for you.

Go here http://www.typeonline.co.uk/typingspeed.php and click the start the clock button, then type the paragraph and stop the clock

Let me know what your typing speed is by typing in the comments section below (This way you know where you are starting from)

Buy this software – Learn to touch type in 90 mins or search online to try to find something free (Paid products are generally better I've found)

Make it a 28 day goal and focus on doing this for 15 mins EVERY DAY for 28 day's in a row (It will become a habit and you won't have to think about it)

Let me know how you are getting on with your typing

Share this post by clicking on the Facebook share button and Twitter button

Once you've become an expert at touch typing, I PROMISE you'll get SO MUCH MORE done during your day, and after a few months you won't even have to think about it any more.

Doesn't it make sense?

To Your Success,

Gavin Mountford
