Who Is Mike Dillard?

Mike Dillard is one of the biggest names in the world of Attraction Marketing and MLM on the Internet.

Mike was one of the first people to use Attraction Marketing to build his MLM business and since then people have copied his work and used his ideas to build and grow their Network Marketing empires.

In this article, I'm going to write a little more about Mike Dillard, the websites he has, the books and courses he's written and the idea's and beliefs he has.

I've never personally met Mike Dillard although I was recently invited to his Boat party on the Lake at his house. Unfortunately I was on holiday in Italy at the same time so couldn't attend.

I'm based in UK so it would have taken me a while to travel to Austin, Texas to meet all the guys, although it would definitely have been a very worthwhile meeting and networking event!

Mike Dillard is the owner of the Magnetic Sponsoring and Better Networker website and has built up a mailing list of well over 100,000 network marketers over the last several years.

According to his blog www.mikedillard.net/blog, he has over 109,000 webpages and videos which have been posted about him online by other people.

Mike has written several books and courses which are available through his Magnetic Sponsoring website.

From what I can see from my own research, Mike Dillard has set everything up so it works for him on auto pilot and can function without him having to physically be there. He only works a few hours each day on his business and the rest of his business is either automatic or outsourced.

Mike's Better Networker website (formerly Magnetic Sponsoring) attracts thousands on MLM'ers each day, all automatically.

The members and affiliates promote Better Networker through advertising his courses on their blogs and articles in return for a commission for each one they sell.

The Better Networker community continues to grow each day by user generated content. Other members submit articles, videos, blog posts, forum posts and join the various groups and discussions going on on the website.

People have a reason to go back to the website. They can network with each other, post their content which will be seen by other Network Marketers and can feel part of a community of other like minded individuals.

The reason Mike never advertises his main Network Marketing business opportunity to his list of Magnetic Sponsoring prospects is because if he did, it would stop everyone else promoting his courses.

If you think about it logically, why would you or I send traffic to another Network Marketers website to sell a one time ebook for a one time commission, when that person then captures the lead/ prospects details and then sells them his business opportunity?

You have to be very careful with what you promote and who you send your prospects to in this industry. The reason Better Networker/ Magnetic Sponsoring has grown so much is because of the generic MLM training information rather than being a Network Marketing company specific training information. Better Networker appeals to all Network Marketers trying to build their business online rather than just the members of a specific company.
