How would i drive 10,00 people aday in my website and blog?Am a newbie to to me with a layman's English.

Unfortunately I can't help you with this. It would take you 2-3 years of very hard work to be able to get 10,000 quality people per day to your website.
What is your website that you are looking to drive traffic to? What is your product? Why do you need that much traffic?
Yes, a lot of traffic is excellent but you can make a huge income by just having a few hundred people coming to your website each day if you know what you are doing… and build that relationship with your visitors.
