Chat To Text Will Be Closed Pretty Soon!

I've seen the above statement on a few websites so far today, but I don't know if it will be closed down soon or not. I'm just giving an update as to what I think will happen to ChatToText, the new Facebook book application all the MLM'ers and Network Marketers are talking about.

I've noticed a fair amount of websites talking about it being a pyramid scheme, being against Paypals TOS (terms of service) and also being against the Facebook Applications TOS.

I'm about to provide a few links to back this up… I'll let you make up your own mind.

Paypal doesn't like any form of MLM programs, it doesn't matter if they are legitimate or not. Therefore in my eyes, very soon Paypal will become aware of whats going on with ChattoText and will close their accounts. My other main concern is that they MAY CLOSE the users accounts down also.

I don't believe ChattoText (or TexttoChat as some people seem to be searching for) is a pyramid scheme. Chat To Text is an actual product backed up with an MLM compensation plan.

It looks like Facebook will be verifying their applications very soon, and will be interesting to see if Chat To Text passes this test.

One more important piece of information I've read about, but can't find much out about at present is that Facebook doesn't allow applications that give an incentive to Facebook users to sign up. Any it looks to me that Chat To Text is giving incentives for users to sign up.

Therefore, we may see Facebook closing down the ChatToText application.

I'd like to put things in their proper perspective and the fact that Chat To Text is actually only $6 per month and does a good job as a product is a plus side. Just be careful you don't get your Paypal account closed down in the process.

Very interesting to see the angle people are coming from. It shows that people think it's a scam or want to know more about it. If you own a website or blog, my advice is to put up a few posts about ChatToText to get a bit of extra traffic for your site
