		<description>Cash gifters don&#039;t have to &quot;get around the law&quot; because there is no law against cash gifting. I know because I researched it by calling the FTC and other authorities. (Each person should do this because there may be state laws that prohibit it that I would not know about.) 

This is what they nay-sayers can&#039;t seem to understand. The ponzi, pyramid and other scams that are CALLED cash gifting, are not. It is easy to see IF a person takes the time to read about what those who have been busted were doing; then read about the programs listed above. There is no comparison. They are entirely different activities. It is a lot like the bad name MLM has with some people, because there are scammers CALLING their pyramid scheme MLM when it isn&#039;t.</description>
