6. Offer a free 1 hour telephone consultation with them
7. Help them with their biggest challenges in their business
8. Continue the relationships, mentor them and find a solution to their problems

The hardest part is getting people to bite and to take that first step. If they reply to my email, I can see that they are fairly serious about their business. The next step is to direct them to my CreateWithGavin.com website.

There are a lot of 'tyre kickers' around the Internet who aren't serious about building their business. They will either just ignore you or leech off you without taking responsibility and action of their own. AVOID these people at all cost! They'll use up all your time which will take you away from building your business and spending it with people who really want to SUCCEED.

If you've already got a youtube channel, then download the Youtube Friend Software. I use Tubeinator. I set it up in the morning and let it do it's thing whilst I continue to write my blog posts. It's great to leverage your time rather than to do it all manually.

Make sure you put a link to your website in your youtube profile and write a compelling profile so people can get to know you.
