Wk2002 – Why Should You Use Attraction Marketing?

Now you understand more about Attraction Marketing and what it is, I'd like you to think about why you should use attraction marketing and what benefits it will offer you. Why not continue to pester your friends and family and ask them to join your business?

I got fed up of pestering people along time ago. I actually worked it out for myself and realised that I had much more success when other people actually came to me rather than me going up to them.

When I was single and in my early twenties, I'd go out to pubs and clubs to meet my friends and socialise. If I happened to see a lady I liked the look of, I'd pluck up the courage and go and approach her to find out a little more about her.

Females are used to men approaching them in bars and clubs and get fed up with it because it happens so much, so I wasn't very successful with this strategy. But when it happened the other way around and she came over to me, it gave me the posture. She was approaching me rather than me approaching her. I was then in a position to decide if I wanted to speak with her or not.

I quickly realised that I could use this approach in my business and started to position myself as an expert in my field with knowledge that other people wanted to get hold of. If someone wanted to know more about the topic, they would come over to me. This is the teacher, student relationship you should strive for.

So, how can you postion yourself as an expert for other MLM'ers and Network Marketers to come to you?

One important thing I learned a long time ago is NOT TO force my website address or company upon someone else. I let them decide if they want to join me.

The more value you can offer someone, and the more you can help them with their business, the more chance you have for them to take notice of you and you can build a good relationship or friendship with them.

Once you've built this relationship and they can see the value you can offer them, they may decide to join one of your products or services or even you primary business.
