Like I said before, it's a numbers game. Many people won't reply to your first message. That's ok. There will be plenty of people who will want to know more.
Below, you'll find the messages to send out to people who reply to your 1st Email – Curiosity.
Again, you'll need to change this to suit your business or product. You can answer any information the person asks you in reply to your 1st email, but keep it short and sweet. Don't give the game away and don't write too much. Less is more in this instance.
Background – This email uses scarcity and demand. It shows that we are only allowing a few people in at a time, which shows how popular our system is and it helps people to feel that it's important.
2nd Message- Info Request

I'll send you over the access details but first I'll need you to answer a few questions. Since I only let a few people at a time view this 3-step strategy, we'll need to schedule a time convenient to you.

Send me the answers to the following questions…

#2: The time zone you live in i.e… (MST/PST/CST/EST/UTC/GMT) etc..
#3: The date you'd like to watch the presentation.
#4: The time you are able to login and watch it,
Once you've sent me the answers to the above questions, I'll go ahead and confirm the time and date with you.

Appointment Confirmation
Once your prospect has replied to the info request with their answers, you'll need to confirm the time and date with them so they know when their appointment is.
